  • This research study aims to determine the development of brain organoids related to studying neurological disorders. This research study is totally based on the review analysis of brain organoids. For this purpose, used almost 30 to 31 research articles related to brain organoids also that neurological disorders. Overall, the research found that there are significant links between brain organoids studying neurological disorders. According to the research, three-dimensional cultures, and pluripotent stem cells have been encouraged, and embryonic stem cells are used to create brain organoids. The self-assembly of the stem, predecessor, and other discriminated cells is essential to produce an organoid. Organoids are an excessive way to study how the brain develops and how neurological diseases are evident because they contain structures that mirror specific brain areas and mimic the precise changes that occur in neurological disorders. In this review, we have outlined present developments in brain organoid culture techniques and how they are used to study neurodevelopmental and neurodegenerative diseases. Keywords: brain organoids (BO), neurological disorders (ND), neurodevelopmental (N), neurodegenerative diseases (NDD)
