This article examines two reference volumes on the literature of aging and older adults in order to identify literary works about women and related women's issues. Seventy-five citations provide a corpus of diverse literary exemplars of the life experiences of older adult women. Thematic content of these works is included and the article offers specific suggestions for their curricular inclusion. Appendices include references to these citations, a list of anthologies on aging and literature, and useful bibliographies. Recommendations for developing a "women in literature" curriculum for the Humanities are included.
