“Hematological malignancies” effects blood, bone marrow (BM), and lymph nodes. Hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) are well-characterized tissue-specific stem cell provides awareness of the principles of stem cell biology, research and clinical applications. The balance between quiescence and proliferation of hematopoietic stem cells, the regulation of differentiation, self-renewal, and hematopoiesis all depend on reactive oxygen species (ROS) (HSCs). Abnormal level of ROS can also induce modifications in nuclear DNA by altering transcription factor-mediated gene expression. In addition, it provides insights into potential therapeutic approaches that could enhance the efficacy of antioxidant therapy, perhaps broadening its applications in clinical cancer treatment.
