• In this work, reference is made to the social and technological ethical feature of energy education in students of primary school, according to their training and development. Fundamental aspect that made possible the reworking of the definition of energy education, two fundamental aspects are taken into account: The contextualization and updating of the contents related to energy established in the curriculum of the second cycle of Primary Education, which starts from the disposition to the use and the correct manipulation ofinformation and communication technologies (ICT), the correct use of technological resources and the familiarization in the community context, from the current energy demands, situation that will raise the technological ethics of the contents of the same;on the other hand, the strengthening of energy attitudes, essential aspects for society, to achieve the motivation for the learning of the contentsreferred to energy education, the responsibility in the adequate use of ICT, turning them into effective tools. The pedagogical process of this educational level is also approached as the dialectic unit between education and instruction, an integrating element for the formation of knowledge, skills, habits and values in Primary Education. En el presente trabajo se hace referencia al rasgo ético social y tecnológico de la educación energética en escolares de la Educación Primaria, en función de su formación y desarrollo. Aspecto fundamental que posibilitó la reelaboración de la definición educación energética, se tienen en cuenta dos aspectos fundamentales: la contextualización y actualización de los contenidos relacionados a la energía establecidos en el currículo del segundo ciclo de la Educación Primaria, que parte de la disposición favorable al empleo y la manipulación correcta de las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación(TIC), la utilización correcta de los recursos tecnológicos yla familiarización en el contexto comunitario, a partir de las exigencias energéticas actuales, situación que elevará la ética tecnológica de los contenidos de la misma; por otra parte, el fortalecimiento de las actitudes energéticas, aspectos esenciales para la sociedad, lograr la motivación por el aprendizaje de los contenidos referidos a la educación energética, favorece la responsabilidad en la utilización de forma adecuada de las TIC, convirtiéndolas en herramientas efectivas. Se aborda; además, el proceso pedagógico de este nivel educativo como la unidad dialéctica entre la educación y la instrucción, elemento integrador para la formación de conocimientos, habilidades, hábitos y valores en los escolares.
