  • The static gas wave refrigerator (SGWR) was a very important fluid machine in process of conveying natural gas.Its operating performance depended on characteristic of fluidic attachment and switch. This paper introduced fluidic entrainment and attachment phenomenon and analysed computational model of fluidic attachment. In order to study characteristic of fluidic attachment, the governing equation was two-dimension, unsteady and compressible N-S equation with k-ε turbulent model. The flow space was divided with two-dimention nonstructureing mesh. The results showed that the fluidic entrainment phenomenon was seized and Coanda effect was proved. The whole process of the fluidic attachment and switch were simulated and the mechanism of the fluidic switch was detailedly analysed based on the results.
