• Main rules of fragmentation of molecular ions of the esters of isosteviol diterpenoid ( ent -16-oxobeieran-19-carboxylic acid) are established. It is shown that under the conditions of electron impact in the isosteviol esters the ester C-O and C 4 -C 19 bonds are ruptured. During the fragmentation of hydroxy derivatives of isosteviol at the C 16 atom the elimination of H 2 O molecules is observed.
