• The social security undertaking is a relatively complicated and large-scale social system project. It requires multiple government departments to cooperate with each other and participate in management. Therefore, problems such as poor information communication, unclear division of duties, and improper data storage are inevitable. And the management agencies caused a lot of inconvenience. Many insured people could not receive insurance benefits on time due to various reasons, which caused inconvenience to the people's life and increased social unrest factors.
