This review outlines new services, grouped under the title Financial Planning Program, available from the Federal Business Development Bank. Under the program, the FBDB provides assistance in preparation and packaging of loan proposals for consideration by any type of lender. If reqested, the FBDB will intermediate in loan negotiations, acting as a matchmaking service to introduce investors to businesses and vice versa. The article also contains a short summary of previously existing services available from the FBDB.
