• The paper analyzes the possibilities of modeling the distribution of resources in organizations. A methodology has been developed on the basis of which stocks of parts of heating equipment are managed. An adaptive model with dynamic parameter adjustment has been developed; A simulation model with algorithmization of the search engine optimization system has been developed. A simulation model with unplanned needs for spare parts for heating equipment has been developed. The results of the simulation demonstrated the efficiency of the proposed approach.
