A fully printable mesoscopic perovskite solar cell with efficiency exceeding 13% is developed based on TiO2/ZrO2/Carbon triple mesoscopic films through controlling critical parameters. Thickness of spacer layer, loading amount and morphology of perovskite, temperature of substrate and precursor are optimized to enhance the light-harvesting ability and reduce the hole transporting resistance. For future optimization of solar cells based on TiO2/ZrO2/Carbon films, these important parameters must be paid with great attention.
