  • Since the phenomenon of crises is omnipresent in society, the involvement of the structures empowered to solve the problems of the state of normality of systems will be a constant in the future as well. It is important to quickly and effectively resolve crisis phenomena, in order to eliminate their possible expansion and aggravation. Out of the need for optimisation, it is important to accurately measure the quality of the crisis mitigation action and to assess the way the own entity is involved in the operational or other approach. Therefore, the measure of effectiveness will be taken to accurately quantify whether the desired changes have been induced in the crisis-affected system, in the sense of alleviating tensions and establishing the security of the target environment. The second lever, the measure of the performance, has the role of determining how correct the intervention of the mitigation factors was. The virtual environment and E-Learning technologies will provide broad opportunities for educating, preparing and training the responsible entities in the command, intervention or support segment. Computer-assisted exercises will enable the assessment of the finalities that need to be generated, by performing virtual actions specific to the electronic environment. In the digital environment, multiple assessment will have a double role, namely estimating the fulfilment of the plan, as well as informing.
